FUORI SALONE P1 OSAKA DESIGN WEEK
日本のかたち、それは時と間、均衡と比率、素材と技、極限までに単純化された線と形、そして曖昧さや可愛さも、継承されてきた日本の感性。。 時を経て受け継がれた美意識と感性、職人魂、そんな「日本のかたち」は東洋にとどまらず、西洋の芸術やデザインにも影響を与え、愛されています。「日本のかたち展」は、これからも世界に発信するデザインを目ざしています。
The Shapes of Japanese Style. They are found in the harmony of time and space, in balance and proportion, in the union of material and craft. They exist in lines and forms simplified to their absolute essence, and in the subtle beauty of ambiguity and kawaii. These are the sensibilities of Japan, passed down through the ages. This inherited aesthetic, this intuition, and the unwavering spirit of the artisan—this is the “Shape of Japan.” It is a vision that has extended far beyond the East, influencing and inspiring the art and design of the West. The “Shapes of Japan” exhibition aspires to continue sharing and projecting this timeless design with the world.
